My employer says everyone has to take the Covid vaccine. I do not believe in vaccines. I don’t vaccinate my children and I refuse to be vaccinated myself. They said if I have a religious reason I can be excused but it’s not my religion. Can they fire me?

Yes. Employers can require vaccinations, so long as there are exceptions for disabilities and religious objections. See this explainer at the EEOC, Section K.
