"This program changed my life. I am now capable of managing in today's business environment with little chance of litigation."
           Engineering Manager, Xilinx

California law (AB 1825) requires all supervisors to take a two-hour training program every two years to prevent illegal sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation.  And it requires all new supervisors to take this same training within six months of their hire or promotion date.

We cover not only sexual harassment, as required by law, but also all other forms of illegal harassment, discrimination and retaliation.  Our programs range from two hours to a full day so that you have a choice on the steps necessary to prevent all forms of discrimination.

These instructor led programs, taught by Fair Measures attorney-trainers, comply with mandatory California harassment compliance requirements:

Managing Within the Law - Part I (full day)
